We learn about customer perceptions and needs, and understand the competencies, standards and style of the brand. The result is an informed design brief, and a set of measurable outcomes for the project. Create. Building on the project knowledge of brand strategy and design gained in the discovery phase, we create concepts that fulfill the desired brand experience. Develop. After a creative concept has been approved we develop it more fully, working out the specific details related to form and function, brand voice, and visual presentation. We work to ensure the creation and production of all material is accomplished strategically, meeting the budget parameters and timelines. Execute. By implementing the design using the most appropriate techniques, we ensure the final solution performs in line with the objectives. It’s here that our project management skills become critical to the success of the design project. Assess. Based on the objectives established in the discovery phase, we measure the effectiveness of our work, and prepare case studies to document our approach and findings.
